Who we are

The Forge Foundation exists to provide strength, stability, and opportunity to young adults transitioning out of foster care. We offer direct support for essential needs such as housing, transportation, and critical life resources—empowering these resilient individuals to build independent, self-sufficient lives.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves not only a place to land, but a foundation from which they can rise. Through meaningful support and unwavering belief in their potential, we help transform uncertainty into security, and possibility into reality.
